Top Ten Tuesdays: Is a weekly meme feature hosted by The Broke and the Bookish where bloggers post their Top 10 List for an assigned topic! I will not be participating every week, but I will occasionally take a shot at it! You can always find these lists (past, present and original) on my Riffle Page!
This Week’s Topic:
Top Ten Most Anticipated Releases For the Rest of 2015
While May was a big month for releases I’ve been hotly anticipating, there are still a ton of great books I can’t wait to read once they are released this summer and fall!
Here are my Can’t-Wait-For Releases for the last half of 2015 (in no particular order):
#10 – Soundless by Richelle Mead
With the Bloodline Series coming to an end earlier this year, I’ve got a huge Richelle Mead void in my bookish heart. I can’t wait to see her next foray into YA and am even more intrigued that it seems to be a standalone novel!

#9 – November 9 by ColleeN Hover
I totally jumped on the CoHo bandwagon this past winter…need I say more about waiting for her next book?
(Read my reviews of Colleen Hoover’s work)
#8 – The Iron Warrior from The Iron Fey: The Call of the Forgotten
When this book was given a release date, I jumped for joy! I can’t wait to see how everything wraps up in this finale because I am expecting epic things!

#7 – Ice Like Fire from Snow Like Ashes Trilogy
My review of this series will be published next month, but I was blown away by this book. Not only did I find a new heroine I adore, I also cemented my love of High Fantasy with this series. I can’t wait to see what is going to happen next!
#6 – Dark Wild Night from Wild Seasons Series
GAH! This couple has been the one that I wanted to read since I picked up Sweet Filthy Boy (not that I didn’t love the other two books, because I totally did!). Why can’t it be September already? Oh yeah, because I don’t want school to start yet 😉

#5 – Sweet Temptation from The Sweet Trilogy
You don’t have to say much more than Kaiden’s POV <3
(Read my series review of the Sweet Series)
#4 – Queen of Shadows from the Throne of Glass series
I’m sure I’m not the only one who has this book on their list this week. While I was disappointed at the start of Heir of Fire (it took me two attempts to read it) I really can’t wait to see what happens next!
(Read my series review of Thone of Glass)
#3 – The fate of Ten from The Lorien Legacies
If you want a series that is non-stop action and builds from book to book, it’s this series. It’s so bittersweet to read the finale because I love these characters so much and don’t want to part with them but at the same time, I want to see how their stories end!

#2 – Ten Thousand Skies Above You from Firebird Trilogy
I know the inaugural book, A Thousand Pieces of You, had mixed reviews with my fellow readers but I loved it. I finally found an alternate dimension story I liked and I’m stoked to see what happens next!
(Read my series review of the Firebird Trilogy)
#1 – The Rose Society from The Young ELites Series
I waited too long to jump on the Legend bandwagon and I wasn’t going to make the same mistake with Marie Lu’s newest series. The Young Elites was one of the most refreshing books I read in 2014 and the next instalment promises to take things to a whole other level!

#If I only got One Choice – Oblivion from the Nevermore Trilogy
I have been waiting 5 years for this book! The first book in the Nevermore Trilogy was published in 2010 and I read it right away; and the second was published in 2012. I’ve been dying to know how everything is going to come together in this last book. I’m totally going to have to reread the first two books but it’s no chore and I’m so excited to finally complete this series!
Honourable Mentions:
- A Thousand Nights by E K Johnston – That cover and synopsis have captured my full attention!
- Dark Tide (Waterfire Saga #3) by Jennifer Donnelly – This series really grew on me with the last book and I can’t wait to see how the plot develops in the next instalment!
- When a Scot Ties the Knot (Castles Ever After Series #3) by Tessa Dare – While I stopped reading regency and highlander novels a long time ago, I STILL read anything by Tessa Dare because she writes fantastic romance novels with humour, fun plot lines and tons of sexual tension!
Do we share any releases? If you could only pick one from your list which one would it be? Let me know!

I’ve been meaning to start the Castles ever after series for so long! I posted mine here: https://lipsyy.wordpress.com/2015/06/09/top-ten-tuesday-upcoming-2015-releases/
You should definitely read the Castles Ever After Series! I love it and they are really quick reads (mostly because they are so much fun and highly addicting)!
I see that we share a lot of the same reads this week 🙂 Thanks for reading!
Great list! I really need to start reading Colleen Hoover’s books. Everyone seems to love them so much!
Krystianna @ Downright Dystopian
I really enjoy her books–definitely one of the best New Adult authors out there. I highly recommend Hopeless as a great introduction to her work 😉
Thanks for reading!
I am seriously so excited for Soundless, I hope it works well as a standalone! And A Thousand Nights is one I recently discovered but i really like the typography on the cover!
I’m really looking forward to Soundless but I don’t want to put too much pressure on it and end up disappointed. But I have absolute faith in Richelle 😉
And to be honest, I would have read A Thousand Nights just on the cover alone–it’s just nice it has a great synopsis as well 😛
That’s valid reasoning, maybe I should lessen my enthusiasm for Soundless a bit. 😉
Nah, we should still count down the days 😛
I’m really excited about Ten Thousand Skies Above You. I mean, this cover. And obviously, I loved the first book, too, haha 🙂 Great list!
Haha it’s just so pretty! Thanks 🙂
